This whimsical 3D card opens vertically. The base card is a deep teal. The next layer is elevated and it is a print in bright autumn colors. On top of the print, there is a textured gingerbread cardstock that has been framed with a thin black cardstock. These two layers have actually been ripped completely apart. It starts from the upper left and goes fairly diagonally to the lower right. The gap reveals the patterned paper below, as well as the lighter tan colored-core of the gingerbread paper and the edge of the black backing. This shows all along one side of the tear. To help with the "healing" there are three large band-aids positioned across the gap. Each one has a deep red heart in the center portion of the band-aid. The hearts are shiny and slightly raised. In the bottom lower left corner, there is an elevated rectangular die cut with faux stitching. It is made of the deep teal cardstock and simply states in gold embossing: Wishing you a complete recovery!

The ends of all ribbons are tucked between layers, or if they are exposed, the ends are treated with Fray Check so they will not unravel.

Please remember, these cards are all handmade -- if fulfilling your order will take much longer than normal, due to other outstanding orders, we will email you for approval and issue a full refund if the delivery estimate is unacceptable. Of course, you can always email us in advance for an "estimated time of shipment" before placing your order. Since these cards are individually handmade, each card will be a unique work of art and cannot exactly match to the images show. Your completed order indicates that you understand and accept this reality.
On a Personal Note: When you post any card that has a "bumpy" embellishment, you should add a foam insert to that area so the card won't get damaged by the machinery.
